- Collaborate with your marketing colleagues to critically understand objectives, target audiences, and content strategy.
- Own the website design and lead the design process for website enhancements, creating wireframes, storyboards, user journey flows and site maps for all web and mobile interfaces.
- Establish and promote web/UI design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Develop engaging visuals for digital campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and display ads as well as design assets for gated and other digital resources.
- Contribute to storytelling efforts through visual design, helping to articulate the brand’s mission, values, and value propositions across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimise designs for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct user research through various tools, as well as usability testing to gather insights for iterative design improvements.
Skills, Qualifications & Work Experience
- A Degree in Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in website design, digital campaigns, and content assets.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating user-centric design solutions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and fun.
Nice-to-have Experience
- Proficiency WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Audio Visual tools.
